“No one was ever wise by chance” is a quote from Seneca the Younger, one of the three most important Stoic philosophers in history. To me, this phrase means to accomplish and build something great, you have to put in the work. This blog is an effort to inch my way towards doing just that. There are no shortcuts.
I aim to talk about many different things, with a focus on building companies and investing in founders. I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and now live in Columbus, Ohio where I work for Rev1 Ventures. I’ve been lucky enough to grow my career on a variety of different teams in the finance and startup worlds and I draw on a lot of that experience to support founders.
